Chandigarh: The Indian Council of Astrological Sciences (ICAS), organized a grand Astrology Seminar and Convocation under the esteemed guidance of Hon. National Vice President, Mr. Anil Kaushal. The event was graced by the Hon. National President, Sh. A. B. Shukla, IAS (Retd.), as the Chief Guest. Hon. National Working President cum Controller of Examination, Sh. Navneet Kaushik, was the Guest of Honour.

Mr. Anil Kaushal said that the seminar and convocation celebrated the accomplishments of students who had mastered the discipline of astrology, marking the culmination of their hard work and learning. In addition to recognizing individual achievements, the event served as an important platform for discussions on astrology’s scientific aspects and its practical relevance in contemporary life.
